one of the recent previous post's title reminded me of a book i bought from Scholastic
it's called.. 'what i saw and how i lied' by Judy Blundell
i never finshed it until today :/
why i bought this book you ask?
its not exactly cheap.. it was RM18
but i guess i can say that the title caught my eyes and their 'mini summaries' caught my attention
but as i read the book, halfway through, it was becoming slow and i couldnt stand it and abandoned it -_-
because they didnt get to the point of what the hell she saw and how she the hell she lied -_-
i expected it to be a more.. exciting story as the summaries potrayed it
but then the first 80+ of the book was about anything and everything..
from love, boys, vacations, lipsticks. dresses etc.
but NOT what the summary mentioned (yet)
conclusion, it disappoint me a little too much even before i finished it..
maybe i should try reading it again someday -_-
